EARTH EMBASSY - ALTERNATE 1

"Commander Castellano. You have a visitor. Sir. She's heavily armed."

"Heavily armed. A she?"

"Hell yeah sir. A very she she. Never seen her on this planet before. She calls herself Captain Nat."

"Did you ask her Captain of what?"

"Actually sir. I did, She says she has frigate that can instantly go to any of the surrounding ES bases and she is liaison with an ES fleet of fifty cruisers."

"No shit Chief. Whew. You did say Nat - right? Didn't that thief come give me 100 credits a couple of days ago because 'my girlfriend - Nat - said to bring me the money. Well. Don't keep her waiting. Send her in."

"Want me to stick around sir?" Chief Warrington asked.

"Stay in earshot. She may be mental. Does she seem mental?"

"Sir. She is confident. Her gear looks well used and I don't think she's foolin' around."

"Thanks chief. On second thought - keep the door open a crack and have a weapon handy,"

"Done sir. Door cracked and weapon ready - sir."

Nat was escorted into the large office. She walked in and stood there appraising Will Castellano.

"Captain Nat. What do I owe the honor of this visit?"

Nat just stood there. "Are you planning to offer me a seat?"

"How discourteous of me? Please have a seat. I was just looking - at your equipment."

Nat laughed. "My equipment. What did you make out from my equipment?"

"Your disruptor is an odd design and your suit looks like experimental versions from Earth. I have no idea what some of that electronics is but I really like the look of those knee high leather boots. Plus you are very pretty - don't mean to be offensive but I see few humans on this post and since we've been quarantined from Earth - well - it's been a while. What can I do for you?"

"Commander. It's what I can do for you. Let me explain some of my 'gear' as it were. I grew up on Earth and came here eight years ago but I didn't come to THIS Gralon 3. My disruptor is an 'older' design - closer to the Ylee original. I have all the medical nanites that were being distributed on Earth before the Allung arrived and was on one of the original escape fleet ships. This shield unit allows me to defend against kinetic, laser, and disruptor attacks. I can also travel to a different reality - a different universe adjacent to us if I want."

"Are you okay miss? Chief. Come in here?" Castellano said.

"Shit Will. I didn't want to do this but you have a mole on your right butt cheek that is really sexy. These aren't boots - they are lamlee - which I know this universe knows a little about but I know a lot more about." Nat touched her boots and one became a helmet - which she snapped over her suit.

Chief Traci Warrington came in with sidearm drawn and Nat disarmed him almost casually. Will drew his weapon and fired at her - which had no effect.
